PICO8 Pointer Demo - old

I'm pretty much just uploading this so my account isn't a big blank. 

This is a demonstration of a tiny tool I'd like to use in small PICO8 games. It's a simple pointing cursor that can be moved at different speeds, as well as a camera system that can zoom and pan.

I've been wanting to make tiny PICO8 games for a while. Poem-sized experiences that you can play to completion in five minutes or so. We shouldn't blindly follow the trends of marketability or nostalgia if we aren't forced by circumstances.

Funny that this is just a tiny tool, not even a complete poem let alone what most people would call a game, and it still has outrageous flaws and it took longer than I expected. However I've learned enough that future projects will certainly be faster, and it was a little encouraging to make a working project.

Oh... I need to prepare this to be played in the browser, p8 files aren't modified to be used in browser automatically by ichio? I guess that makes sense. Shouldn't be hard to do. But I want to make extensive rewrites to the code, so I'll leave this as my first project.
